Room Allocation
If we cannot secure a room in your preferred hotel, we will provide a suitable alternative of similar standard and budget, subject to availability.
All hotel bookings are subject to the individual hotel's terms and conditions regarding check-in/check-out times.
Check-in/Check-out Policy
- Standard check-in: 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM
- Standard check-out: 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- Early/late requests subject to availability
Insurance Recommendation
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances including medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and lost baggage.
Travel insurance should cover medical expenses, emergency evacuation, trip interruption, and personal belongings.
Liability Limitations
